I go on with the songs and now I have no idea what I should say about! It's so well done and beautiful! Don't ask me after a special song, I really don't know - in the moment I fall in love with "Arrival" and when this ends in the whole album! Ye...

Look after the songs you don't know, it's a really good mix! That CD is going to be really interesting! I mean "Face in the crowd" and than Kate Bush mixed with "Arrival" from ABBA and so on! Gosh, that's a mix!

Well, I'm now searching after the songs I don't know! Here I found that song from Supertramp and I'm looking forward how that sounds from Gregorian: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQlK1jQ1UmA&feature=related

Dear Jess, I hope you are doing well!!!! I also hope you can find someone to go to the concert with you. I would love a chance to see them myself. If they came to New York I don't think I would be able to go and see them for many reasons. I hope they could come to Cleveland, but I don't know anyone outside myself and my oldest son who listens to the Masters.

I found a link I would like to share with you about Rick Steves and his travel show in your beautiful country, http://www.google.com/ig#max25 I love it!!!

Please tell me if you can get this to come up on your computer.
Take care, with love and peace, Alan :o)

Wow!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for the links!!!!!!!!

You know much about your country and thank you for sharing with me the great history lesson!!!
I took the tour from the Schonbrunn Palace to the Belvedere and it is great!!!!! You are very lucky to have this much beautiful history at your finger tips. Mozart playing the Palace at the age of six, wow!!! I'm also lucky to have a friend in Austria who helps me with my history lesson, thank you my
dear Jess!!!!! We are not blessed with such culture here in America, for we are too young as a nation
and the road that we are on doesn't care for such things. What a pity. It doesn't look like we will ever grow up. Thank you for your input on Gregorian!!! I hope to buy a DVD and CD soon. All I need is a piece of Sacher-Torte and a Gregorian evening and I will be in heaven:))

Thanks again for taking the time and energy in sharing your knowledge with me!!!!!!!!!! I am grateful for your friendship!!!!!! With love and peace, Alan

Dear Jess!

Thank you so much for all the info!!!! I looked everything up that you sent me and it shows me that Austria is indeed a great place to spend a summer vacation. If I had the money I would do it this summer, but that may never come. It all looks great on my computer and that will have to do until
I strike it rich!!! he he

Graz, Salzburg, Vienna, Hallstatt, and Innsbruck - this must be the great beauty of Europe!!!!!!!!
I saw a salt mine that you had to slide into, on the web, I think it was in Salzburg? I would love to see the great caves of the world, but there again this might not be in the cards for me.

America is not a good place to see, for the cities are not safe and not clean. The beauty of America is in the country, the National parks, the mountains, the Great Lakes are all beautiful, but many miles in between! I have not seen much of my own country, for it takes lots of time and money.

I love photos and I have many that I have taken over the years that need to be digitized and I will put them on my web site that I am presently working on, hopefully soon. I also have a new video camera
that will help me put some videos on my site and on this great site!! I am very slow to learn this computer stuff and, for me, this makes it hard to get things out on the web.

Please tell more about yourself and your great country!!! What Gregorian Masters of Chant albums do you recommend, for I am ready to buy another album soon?

Please take care, with love and peace, Alan

Hello my friend Jess, I took the Youtube tour of Graz the other day and I saw Schlossberg mountain, the clock and bell tower, etc. The art scene looks to be good in Graz, with the Kunsthaus. I would like to see the Armory, and the Schloss Eggenberg looks like an all day adventure with a meal at the Aiola restaurant to top it off. I can't wait to see it all..... Hallstatt is another place that I missed back when I was younger, but I didn't miss Innsbruck!!! I have pictures from Innsbruck that were taken over forty years ago that I will digitize and put them somewhere you can see them. I have a great love for art, architecture, and music. I would love to see the Mozart museum, is it in Graz? I can't remember!!

Please have a great week and weekend!!!! And, by all means, take care of yourself!!!

Servus, Alan What did I say?

Guten Tag my friend Jess!!

I hope you are having great fun with spring in Austria, do you live near the mountains? Can you see the Alps from where you live? It must be very "schonen", where you live!!!

I love it when my friends tell something about where they live and how it is!!! We lived in London, Germany, and Holland, and I worked for the USAF doing electronic communications. Between 1966 to 1970, it was a great time to be young and living in Europe. I was very lucky to get such an opportunity and I learned as much as I could about the people, architecture, art, and music!!!

I love this site and the music of the Gregorian Masters!!;o))
Please take care, with love and Peace, your friend, Alan

Hi Jess!!! I forgot to mention about the Easter parade. I am not sure if there ever was an Easter parade in my town, but I think New York city has an Easter parade every spring. I remember it from the lyrics in a song which I enjoyed when I was younger. Maybe it came from Easter Sunday when people would dress in their best clothing and walk to church!!

Dear Jess, thank you for your friendship!!! You are an Easter gift to me!! Years ago when I lived in Germany I traveled to Munich with my wife and our first born son, we had to make a decision to go to Vienna or go into the Swiss Alps, we chose Switzerland for we didn't have time for both and I have always wondered what I missed, because of my love for the music of Vienna. I envy you, how far must you travel to get to Vienna?

I will google Vienna and view some photos of what I missed of that great city. Please take care and enjoy a beautiful spring!!:))

With love and peace, Alan
